our brief :
" we really dont want our office to be the typical Civil Engineers office"
we created a well considered use of this very industrial space to accommodate 40+ staff in this brand new 3/4 of a million £ office space.
having worked on Bays original office and their new office in Clerkenwell Rd in London, we'd really enjoyed working with this rapidly expanding and bold new company.
the result was a very functional but contemporary space with a mix of warm materials and some truly iconic furniture and lighting, whilst still retaining the raw, gritty open plan nature of this space.
badly damaged and filled with 5ft of water, this riverside basement flat was completely gutted back to bare brick throughout, following the floods of Christmas 2015.
within 3 months we had filled it with a hand built kitchen, bespoke staircase, study room, underfloor heating and some of the finest new flooring, lighting, and building products available from Sweden, Spain, and Belgium.
the products used were chosen to reflect the level of detail and specification that we are working on for some of our latest residential projects in Leeds and Cardiff.
everyone's favourite bar in Leeds.
The Wardrobe needed a facelift. a 4 week project to change not only the interior, furniture fixtures and fittings, but also to concentrate on a new more identifiable menu.
lots of bespoke new seating islands, colours and a bold spurred bright red bar designed to offer seating and therefor clusters of discussion right in the heart of the space.
this project also included a lighting commission from Southern Comfort.

...and orange and red.
over a one year period logangolden designed the interiors and procured design originals for 32 apartments in this award winning sustainable building. this significantly changed the sales particulars to such an extent that all of the apartments designed by logangolden went on to sell within weeks of their completion.
we aimed to establish a new, much stronger and much bolder visual identity which we hoped would match the bold new sustainable technologies available in this extraordinary building.
sometimes all it takes is some well chosen well placed iconic furniture and some creative thinking to let your office space, apartment, retail space.
we have lots of ways we can help get your space noticed and perceived in a whole new way.
nic has been filling walls with abstract life and colour for a few years now with his work appearing everywhere from Pacha in Ibiza to the urban landscape of Rio in Brazil.
we are looking forward to working with nic in the coming months on lots of projects we hope.
the original bar in the Stew and & Oyster story. The concept of a small manageable food offering was given life by Paul, in reaction to the virtually non existent kitchen at this site. Simple seasonal stews and fresh oysters from Leeds fish market captured the imagination of the surrounding growing digital media community, and was the birth place of the now thriving chain where the concept remains unchanged.
the bar at Calls Landing was a complete re design of the space and is now filled with an eclectic mix of iconic furniture and fixtures, and a number of bespoke fixtures fabricated specifically for this distinct river front local.
we were also commissioned to create a number of show offices on the floors above the bar to attract the now happily situated array of creative agencies and small studios.
due to begin construction in 2017 Iron Works will offer 55 high specification timber framed apartments, and 16 unique high quality 3-4 bedroom contemporary townhouses.
logangolden were asked to research and workshop a whole new approach for igloo in consideration for the ongoing functionality and enduring design of the interior spaces.
we combined the newest possible sustainable materials with a desire to create aspects and views across the interior spaces that would surprise and delight for generations to come.
with a number of bespoke hand finished details and technologies, our task as we saw it was to insure that any material used would look, feel, sound and even smell good for many years to come, so that sustainability wasn't just a label but a tangible and desirable asset that could be lived with well into the future.
a 3 floor bar and restaurant in the heart of Chapel Allerton.
there had been a number of years when the use of this building was confused, and in some cases underused.
a £350,000 complete re fit saw the birth of a warm and welcoming new simple Scandinavian feel, filled with wood burning stoves and pizza oven and of course the very best offering of British and European iconic furniture.
this building grows and evolves very organically with a new gallery and shop about to occupy the middle floor to offer small items of great design.
not your typical house builder marketing suite.
instead of pulling down this wonderful red brick building at the front corner of the Little Kelham site, we envisaged a bakery/marketing suite that smelt good and kept the amazing views across this slowly evolving sustainable development.

natural light is preserved throughout the space with a central filing and storage structure, allowing for a natural flow and ease of access around this central hub. this allows for a clutter free and calming environment with 90% of new filing, kitchen and meeting structures being custom made from high quality natural sustainable materials.
at logan and golden we design space, and we dont believe in choosing furniture fixtures and fittings from catalogues for any of our clients. we firmly believe if you consider and design from the users perspective, custom environments will keep us humans engaged and happy.
